I am a business professional focused on customer success and experience. I earned my bachelors from Michigan state in Marketing. Since then I have gained management and leadership expertise in the industry of car rental. I focused heavily on brand recognition, policy compliance and customer service. I moved back to Michigan in 2020 and joined the exciting mortgage world. This allowed me to focus on call efficiency, professionalism and verbiage while coaching internal clients.
